ATLAS MBO AI provides standardized gold (CME GC / XAUUSD) order-flow analytics, explained market states and reference levels through its web dashboard and supported MT5 products. These outputs are not tailored to your circumstances and are not a promise of results. Trading involves risk of loss, and past patterns do not guarantee future results. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the service.

New SNIPER PRO sign-ups, including the 14-day trial, are temporarily paused. Visitors can join a waitlist instead; no account is created and nothing is charged. A trial that started before the pause continues until its own period ends. Nothing is billed automatically at the end of a trial: no card is collected to start it, so there is nothing to charge. When a trial period ends, API access pauses (requests return an expired-key error) until the member subscribes to a paid plan (see Billing below).

Paid plans (currently Sniper, $99/month) are billed through Stripe (card, recurring monthly) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). While new SNIPER PRO sign-ups are paused, only existing members can renew or subscribe; card renewals are handled through support. You initiate a paid subscription yourself — no plan is auto-upgraded or auto-charged on your behalf. Sovereign is a separate, currently invite-only tier; new Sovereign sign-ups are paused while we complete a security review, and interested visitors can join a waitlist instead of creating an account.

There is no self-serve cancel button in the app today — email support@atlasmboai.com to cancel a paid subscription and it will be actioned on request. A trial that started before the pause needs no cancellation at all — it simply pauses when its period ends, with no charge, as above.

There is no published refund-window guarantee (e.g. a blanket "money back within N days" policy) at this time. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by support — email us and we'll look at it.

Do not share your API key or account credentials, attempt to circumvent tier/device restrictions, or resell access without a partner agreement. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes (pricing, trial length, cancellation process) will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
