No registered legal entity name, jurisdiction or registered address is recorded anywhere in this codebase, so this page cannot state one. Everything else below describes what the product and its billing actually do today, verified against the running code rather than assumed.
What the service is
ATLAS Sovereign provides AI-generated gold (CME GC / XAUUSD) order-flow signals — BUY / SELL / WAIT with an entry, take-profit and stop-loss suggestion — delivered on the web dashboard and, on paid tiers, via MT5. Signals are informational only, not financial advice, and trading involves risk of loss. Past patterns do not guarantee future results.
Trial
New sign-ups start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial grants Shadow-tier access regardless of which plan you were looking at when you signed up — if you want Sniper features during your evaluation, you subscribe separately (see Billing below). Nothing is billed automatically at the end of the trial: because no card is collected to start it, there is nothing to charge. When the trial period ends, API access pauses (requests return an expired-key error) until you subscribe to a paid plan.
Billing
Paid plans (currently Sniper, $99/month) are billed through Stripe (card, recurring monthly) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). You initiate a paid subscription yourself from the Subscriptions page — no plan is auto-upgraded or auto-charged on your behalf. Sovereign is a separate, currently invite-only tier; new Sovereign sign-ups are paused while we complete a security review, and interested visitors can join a waitlist instead of creating an account.
Cancellation
There is no self-serve cancel button in the app today — email support@atlasmboai.com to cancel a paid subscription and it will be actioned on request. A free trial needs no cancellation at all — it simply pauses at day 14 with no charge, as above.
Refunds
There is no published refund-window guarantee (e.g. a blanket "money back within N days" policy) at this time. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by support — email us and we'll look at it.
Acceptable use
Do not share your API key or account credentials, attempt to circumvent tier/device restrictions, or resell access without a partner agreement. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes (pricing, trial length, cancellation process) will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
