This page describes what the ATLAS Sovereign product actually collects and how, based on the running code and configured third-party services. It does not yet state a registered legal entity name or address — that information has not been provided to date. Until it is, treat this as an accurate technical/operational privacy notice, not a complete formal legal document for every jurisdiction.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up, authentication is handled by Clerk (email address, name, and login credentials — we do not see or store your password ourselves).
Billing information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe (card payments) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We do not store your card number; Stripe/NOWPayments handle payment details directly.
MT5 connection details. If you connect a trading account, broker login is passed through MetaApi to link your MT5 account — your password is not stored by us in plain text.
Usage analytics. With your explicit consent (see the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we set a first-party cookie to count page visits — no IP address is stored against it, and nothing is set until you click Accept. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is aggregate and does not use tracking cookies. If you click Reject, neither fires.
Support and communication. If you email support, message us on Discord, or subscribe to the newsletter, we keep that correspondence and the email address you provided.
How we use it
To provide the service you signed up for (signals, dashboard access, MT5 execution where enabled), to process payments and manage your subscription, to respond to support requests, and — only with consent — to understand aggregate site usage so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

- Discord — optional community/support channel (if you choose to join)
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Your choices
You can reject analytics cookies at any time from the consent banner. You can request account deletion or data export by emailing support@atlasmboai.com. Cancelling a subscription does not require a card — trials start with no card on file, and paid plans are cancelled by contacting support (see Terms for how billing and cancellation actually work today).
